With every software purchase on the Gravic Store you receive one year of technical support for the software. The year starts from the date of purchase, which is defined as the date the software is shipped to you or provided as a download. Support may be renewed on an annual basis. Your Technical Support agreement includes:



Technical Support Hours: Technical support assistance is available from 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday (EST/EDT), holidays excluded.
